Explicit Consent Statement Regarding the Protection and Processing of Personal Data

I hereby declare that I freely give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data, as specified in the Personal Data Processing Disclosure Statement (“Disclosure Statement”) prepared by Gusto Teknoloji Haberleşme Telekomünikasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), for the purposes outlined in the Disclosure Statement, including the secure storage of my user records and the execution of customer relationship management processes, and/or the transfer of such data to suppliers located abroad. I also acknowledge that I have been informed of my rights arising under the KVKK.
