Key Functions in the Management Panel:

• Create users for personnel who will use the Mobile Application

• Create checklists, including main sections, subsections, and content. Group main sections by product type

• Define data types for answers to checklist items (checkbox, numeric, alphanumeric, etc.)

• Request images from users and activate the device camera after certain values are entered (e.g., serial number)

• Define nominal values for checklists so they appear automatically when called in the mobile app

• Allow “conditional transitions” for sections that cannot be completed during an action

• Request videos from the user at the end of required checklists

• Provide fields to enter English equivalents for all text content

• Set start and end dates for newly created checklists

• Assign checklists to specific users or publish them as public

• Generate summary tables for completed checklists in A5 label format

• List active checklists by date, status, and relevant personnel

• Generate list reports for completed and archived checklists

General Features:

• Completed checklists can be filed in the desired format and printed directly from the system

• Results can be sent via email to designated addresses from the system

• Mobile Application interface content can be displayed in Turkish and English, and files sent via email will be generated in English

• All control over completed records is maintained in the Management Panel, including the ability to modify content or allow users to edit

• The Mobile Application works offline in case of poor connectivity; actions are stored in the app, and users can manually sync data when a stable internet connection is available
