Dealer Management

You can enter your dealers and sub-dealers and assign users to each. If desired, you can delegate sub-dealer management to your dealers and allow them to create their own networks.


User Management

  • Define individual incentive criteria beyond dealer incentives

You can manage all user settings centrally or authorize dealers to manage their own users.


Product Management

  • Define currency types (USD and EUR are pre-defined and converted to TRY based on CBRT exchange rates)

  • Choose VAT included/excluded as default for each product

Customer Management

  • Save detailed customer meeting notes

  • Link each customer to the dealer who brought them into the system

  • Notify the linked dealer if another dealer visits their customer

  • Allow original dealers to share their notes with visiting dealers


Sales Management

  • Register new customers quickly if not already in the system

  • Warn if an open order already exists for a customer

  • Alert if another dealer visits the same customer

  • Allow partial delivery of orders

  • Customizable order statuses

  • Notify customers via SMS and email for specific order statuses

Shipment Management

  • Define loading capacities for shipment vehicles
